00:00I will take my blade and ram it through your eye.
00:02Keep your eyes on me, boys,
00:03cause I'm about to staaaaaaaaaaaaaaar!
00:07Welcome to Ms. Mojo and today we're counting down
00:10our picks for the most interesting mysteries
00:13or plot holes in Dreamworks animated films
00:16that were never solved.
00:17Spoilers will follow.
00:19I am on my last life.
00:21I need to get my lives back.
00:25Number 10.
00:26How did the Big Bad Wolf get to Fiona's tower?
00:29Shrek 2.
00:40When Prince Charming makes a harrowing journey to the Dragon's Keep in hopes of rescuing
00:44Fiona, he's shocked to discover that in her bed is actually the Big Bad Wolf.
00:54It's a pretty funny scene, but you've gotta wonder how that wolf got all the way there.
00:59In the first movie, the bridge that would normally be used for this was destroyed.
01:03Sure, Charming got here through a zipline, but we doubt the wolf is as agile as the Prince.
01:08Maybe the Big Bad Wolf is secretly a teleporter?
01:11Jokes aside, it seems like he really hit the jackpot with this place.
01:14Let's just hope he doesn't get kicked out.
01:279.
01:28What's going to happen to El Dorado and its people?
01:31The Road to El Dorado
01:41At the end of this movie, two con artists, Miguel and Tulio, successfully block off the
01:47entrance to El Dorado to prevent its destruction at the hands of the evil Hernan Cortez.
01:56The selfless act saves the town.
01:58However, if you think about it, destroying the main entry effectively boxes all of the
02:03citizens in.
02:04Can they ever leave El Dorado, or are they permanently stuck there?
02:10What's life going to look like now if they can't leave?
02:15And how do you handle the fact that an angry conquistador could have destroyed your whole
02:20city?
02:21Don't get us wrong, this movie ended on a super high note, but we can't help but
02:26wonder how things will pan out for the future of its citizens.
02:338.
02:36Could adults have the power to believe?
02:38Rise of the Guardians
02:47Something that's made very clear throughout Guardians is that belief is incredibly important.
02:51Children being able to believe in the existence of the Guardians is what gives them their
02:55power.
03:03But the movie kind of makes it seem like only children are able to do this.
03:06They don't really focus on if any adults can, too.
03:09It's like this universe automatically considers adults non-believers.
03:12Sorry, but that's some weak sauce.
03:18Sure, reality has a way of sobering us up the older we get, but that shouldn't outright
03:25destroy our sense of imagination.
03:27What if an adult believed in Jack Frost, or the Easter Rabbit, or the Tooth Fairy?
03:31Would that extra belief help the Guardians, or would it be useless?
03:35These are important questions.
03:397.
03:47Why do they forgive Oscar so easily?
03:49Shark Tale
03:50Oscar really isn't that great.
04:00He's a manipulative fish who lies about killing a mob shark named Frankie, and tricks
04:05others into thinking that he's better than he actually is.
04:08That lie actually has serious ripple effects that end up harming his relationships with
04:12those he's close to, like Angie.
04:25But then, at the end, he makes peace with who he wronged, and everything is now sunshines
04:29and rainbows.
04:33Except should it really be that way?
04:34We're not seeing Oscar can't get that happily ever after when he learns the errors
04:39of his ways, but true redemption can take a while.
04:43Why do all of the fish that Oscar scammed forgive him right away?
04:46It just seems a bit too convenient if you ask us.
04:546.
04:57How come Puss didn't want to wish for immortality?
05:00Puss in Boots, the last wish.
05:09With death knocking on his door, Puss was out of options.
05:11Eight of his nine lives had all seemingly run out.
05:15That means that this desperate feline's plan of action was to find the wishing star
05:19so that he could wish for nine more lives.
05:28It's definitely not a bad plan or anything, but if we're gonna nitpick, why didn't
05:32he want to wish for immortality?
05:34Think about it.
05:51If you know your clock is ticking and there's a MacGuffin that can grant any wish, why not
05:56wish for that?
05:57Either way though, Puss averted disaster by learning about the true value of life, and
06:02In the end, he successfully thwarted death.
06:05So we guess we can't really complain too much.
06:105.
06:14Why ship the penguins to Kenya?
06:16Madagascar
06:21As the Central Park Zoo animals are being prepared to get shipped off to Kenya in crates,
06:26one of these crates can be seen with the penguins in them.
06:29We're not zoo experts or anything, but Kenya feels like an odd choice for where to send
06:33penguins.
06:47Skipper even says that.
06:50Why couldn't they have shipped them off somewhere like Antarctica?
06:52Heck, that's where the penguins want to go.
06:55And they try to reroute themselves there anyways before eventually going to Madagascar.
07:12A colder climate just feels more appropriate.
07:14Even though African penguins do exist, this really doesn't seem like a place that these
07:18particular penguins would thrive in.
07:21At the very least, it would definitely take some getting used to.
07:354.
07:36Did the animals really change anything?
07:39Over the Hedge
07:42The woodland animals that this movie centers around successfully defeat Gladys Sharp, the
07:47evil president of the Homeowners Association, to save themselves.
08:07With the threat of extermination gone, all seems happy as the day is saved.
08:11But is it actually saved?
08:13Earlier in the movie, the woodland animals found out that a lot of the forests they lived
08:16in was already torn down.
08:20In fact, it was converted into housing units.
08:31So if development has already been happening here, what's actually going to stop them
08:35from continuing their plans?
08:37Is getting rid of the HOA's president really enough?
08:40We don't want to be downers, but the animals should definitely be prepared in case the
08:44HOA ever strikes back.
08:493.
08:51Where did Fiona learn martial arts?
08:54Shrek
08:55The Shrek franchise is a beloved yet weird one that leaves you with plenty of questions.
09:03Like how did Donkey have kids with a giant dragon?
09:09We'll focus on a less mind-melting concern right now, though.
09:15Like how is Fiona so skilled in combat?
09:27When Shrek and Fiona are bombarded by Robin Hood and his Merry Men, she springs into action
09:32right away.
09:33She's so good at this that it leaves both Donkey and Shrek in awe.
09:37But didn't she spend almost her whole life stuck in a tower?
09:40How did she get so good at fighting?
09:42To Fiona's credit, she actually gives somewhat of an answer.
10:02But it still doesn't explain everything.
10:04I guess she must have been taught by the School of Plot Convenience.
10:132.
10:15Why didn't Mr. Snake destroy the helmet when he had the chance?
10:18The bad guys
10:19In a universe that humans and highly intelligent talking animals share, there's bound to
10:27be convoluted plot threads.
10:39For example, there's friction between humans and animals, but the movie never tells us
10:44how that came about.
10:45There's also a question that's a little more glaringly obvious as it relates to Mr.
10:49Snake.
10:50He's working with Professor Marmalade, who wants to use a meteorite-charged helmet to
10:54mind-control guinea pigs into stealing charity money.
11:12But he actually becomes good and betrays Marmalade later.
11:15If that sounds like a lot, it is.
11:18But there's several moments when Snake actually has the helmet, so why didn't he just destroy
11:23it then?
11:24It would have immediately stopped Marmalade.
11:26Someone needs to teach him how to take opportunities when he sees them.

12:04Does the Lawsuit Really Hold Up?
12:06Bee Movie
12:10Barry B. Benson's entire world flips upside down when he meets humans for the first time.
12:17And once he does, it isn't long before he discovers a ton of problems with how things
12:21currently are.
12:22Disappointed with humanity's exploitation of honey for profit, Barry decides to sue
12:27mankind.
12:31But this sort of flies in the face of rule number one of Bee Law, don't talk to humans.
12:38So shouldn't filing a lawsuit against humanity and appearing in court against them complicate
12:43that?
12:44We're not lawyers, but it seems like Barry's lawsuit runs into a bit of a gray area within
12:47Bee Law.
12:48He'd be doing nothing but talking with humans and thereby outing themselves.
12:53What's the matter?
12:54I don't know.
12:55I just gotta chill.
12:56Well, if it isn't the Bee Team.
13:05Hey, do you boys work on this?
13:08It seems like Bee Law needs to be better defined.
13:11Talking Bee?
13:12How do we know?
13:14This isn't some sort of holographic motion picture capture Hollywood wizardry.
13:19Is there a giant head scratcher from a DreamWorks movie that we missed?
13:23Let us know in the comments.
13:24What?
13:25Is there something in my teeth?
13:26What the?
13:27Oh, no!
13:28I've been abracadabra-ed into a fancy feasting second-rate sidekick!
13:34Do you agree with our picks?
