00:00Israeli forces continue their operations against Palestinian territory, this time with arrests
00:24and raids in Tammu and Al-Fara camps in the West Bank.
00:27For the third consecutive day, Israeli soldiers carried out illegal raids and also besieged
00:31Palestinian settlers in the south of the occupied city of Tubas.
00:36The Palestinian Prisoners' Society denounced that the Syrian troops kidnapped 14 Palestinian
00:40civilians.
00:41In addition, they denounced the incursion of the Army of Tel Aviv in that territory,
00:46which causes food shortages, while destroying the infrastructure affecting the supply of
00:50basic services such as power and drinking water in several areas of the city.
00:57The Palestinian government condemned the interfering threats of the United States regarding
01:06the appropriation of the gas strip after the displacement of its citizens.
01:10President Mahmoud Abbas assured that they will not allow the violation of the rights
01:13of Palestinian people, who have struggled for decades to achieve the freedom of an independent
01:18state.
01:19Abbas also reaffirmed that the calls of the Trump administration seriously violate international
01:24law and urged the United Nations to take urgent measures to protect citizens.
01:29On the other hand, the Palestinian President welcomed Saudi Arabia's position of defending
01:33an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
01:44The government of China condemned the statements of President Donald Trump to take control
01:49of the gas strip.
01:51The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Lin Jian, manifested his opposition
01:56to the forced displacement of the Gaza people.
01:59This, in view of the declarations of the U.S. administration that Palestinians should settle
02:03in the nations of Jordan and Egypt, labeling the Gaza Strip as uninhabitable.
02:08Beijing urges consideration of a ceasefire and post-conflict management in the enclave
02:13in order to establish a political solution in both states.
02:21A Brazilian President, Luiz Inácio da Silva, also rejected Trump's proposal to take over
02:28the Gaza Strip, arguing that it is the Palestinians who should take care of their territory.
02:33The ones who should take care of Gaza are the Palestinians.
02:38They need to receive reparations for everything that was destroyed so they can rebuild their
02:42homes, hospitals, and schools and live with dignity.
02:48The UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Palestine, Francesca Albanese, rejected
02:53President Donald Trump's proposal to take over the Gaza Strip and resettle its people.
03:01France is fully opposed to population displacements.
03:05This is a subject of imbalance in the Middle East, obviously, which is contrary to the
03:09two-state solution that we have been advocating for years.
03:14I would add that declarations are probably dangerous for stability and for the peace
03:19process which is underway.
03:23We still have hostages, we have possible destabilization of this territory which has been under fire
03:28for too many years and therefore, we are sticking to our policy which is, no population displacements,
03:38a search for a temporary ceasefire towards a peace process and a two-state solution.
