00:00Back pain is often accompanied by shoulder tension. If you relieve that,
00:04your back also relaxes and there's an easy program for your back, neck and
00:10shoulders. Here's Tim. Hi, do you suffer often from stiff and tense shoulders?
00:18Then I have a great and easy exercise to integrate in your daily life. Okay, let's
00:24begin. Start with your feet slightly apart, your knees are loose, your hips are too and then
00:31your hands are facing your face. Starting by crossing your hands behind your head
00:39and then extending your arms in full range of motion and finishing the circle
00:46in front of your head until your hands are facing your face again. Okay, do this
00:53exercise for 15 to 25 reps. One thing, if you feel some kind of discomfort in your
00:59shoulder or even pain, so please do either less or stop the exercise because
01:04no exercise should cause pain. So this is a really great exercise to improve your
01:13flexibility in your whole shoulder area and as usual with all kind of exercises
01:18the more often you practice it, the better the results will be.
