01:04I never thought in any lifetime I would be Captain America.
01:10Anthony's preparation for the movie was intense.
01:14I did a lot of yoga and a lot of Pilates because I just needed to be more flexible.
01:19I needed more core strength.
01:22I realized that this was going to be a lot more work than all the other stuff.
01:27All the other times I've been in a suit and been on the wires.
01:30Another fun trivia, because the first-time Marvel director, Julius Ona, grew up in the Philippines.
01:37That is true. I lived in the Philippines from when I was 1 to 6.
01:41I was saying Magandang Maga earlier today.
01:45I know too many bad words so I won't repeat those right now.
01:49But I went to school at Obie Montessori and I was also at Assumption for a little while.
01:54And I ate way too much champurado.
01:57It's clear that most people can relate to Sam Wilson's story.
02:02This is a Captain America who superpowers his empathy.
02:05And that was something that was really important to me.
02:08I wanted to tell a story that could leave you inspired at the end of it.
02:13Leave you inspired by the idea of seeing the good in each other.
02:17And it was just something that could come very organically to this because of who Sam Wilson is.
02:22But even I can't deny the good.
02:24Harrison Ford is looking forward to the birth of Red Hulk.
02:28He will make life difficult for the new Cap.
02:34Aside from this, a new material called Adamantium will be introduced in the story.
02:42Captain America Brave New World will be released on February 12.
