00:47including truck drivers, fishermen and crews.
00:52The two Chinese nationals were also arrested.

00:58the smuggling was happening in the middle of the sea.
01:01The crude oil was transferred from a foreign vessel
01:04to the motor tanker Filiza.
01:06The two Chinese nationals are said to be
01:10the communicators and negotiators
01:13to the crew of the mother vessel
01:15that they earn in the high seas
01:18because the crew of the mother vessel is also Chinese.
01:23More than 200,000 liters of oil was smuggled
01:27worth 13 million pesos.
01:30The smuggled tanker and truck
01:32were not included in the initial fuel sampling and testing
01:36that was needed to prove that the smugglers were paid
01:39for the oil products.
01:41Arrested people are facing charges
01:43as well as the owners of ships and trucks
01:45for violating the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
