00:00Marikina City Police stole a gun from the nominee of Magsasaka Partylist.

00:05According to Legend de la Cruz, two men who are civilians approached her car in Quinta Rezal last Sunday.

00:11One of them pulled out a gun and shot the car of de la Cruz until he drove away.

00:18De la Cruz was chased by two men until he was cornered in a village.

00:23It was only there that someone recognized the police, so de la Cruz surrendered.

00:28He is now under the custody of Marikina Police.

00:31According to the police, de la Cruz still shot them even when they recognized the police.
