Explosion rocks Moscow luxury apartment, killing pro-Russian paramilitary leader

A bomb blast in a luxury Moscow apartment complex has killed Armen Sarkisyan, a pro-Russian paramilitary leader from eastern Ukraine's Donetsk region.

The explosion occurred in the lobby of the "Scarlet Sails" residential complex, located about 12km from the Kremlin and sparking further tensions in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
