00:47now we've got the girls tackle as well, so there's always big numbers there.
00:51We're still all training together, but we're going to split up very soon.
00:54So you're looking to play league tag, have league tag and tackle sides?
00:58Yeah, that's right, yeah, league tag and tackle, yeah.
01:01And what's the mood like amongst the ladies with the tackle coming in this year?
01:07Yeah, look, I haven't really had my finger on the pulse too much with that, mate.
01:11I'm fairly committed to the senior first graders, but yeah, we still haven't secured a coach
01:18yet for the women's tackle, and I'm trying not to get sucked into doing it too much.
01:24Your first year in this role, first grade coach?
01:27Yeah mate, it is, yeah.
01:28So I had three years in Reggie's.
01:30I've been at the club since 2014 as a way and hour coach, so yeah, first crack at the
01:38top grade, so we'll see how it goes.
01:40You just remind everyone about your day job.
01:43You're with the NRL, aren't you?
01:44Yeah mate, I'm a development officer for the NRL, so I take care of route 21, which is
01:50the Hunter Valley, so yeah, don't want to show any favourites.
01:54Okay, and what's your expectation for the first graders this year?
01:58Mate, look, honestly all I really want is for us just to become a tight knit.
02:03We've lost a heap of blokes.
02:06We've got a lot of young fellas, a lot of young fellas in our team, and it's about building
02:14that camaraderie between each other, and if we start playing for each other, then that's
02:19half the battle done, so that's what I'm all about.
