Rec Man is the story of James Braxton Jr. He an expert in all things recreation including martial arts. Braxton and the staff of the Andrew Young center band together to stop the closure of their beloved rec center due to budget cuts and to hold off a street gang called O.C.B. who has been terrorizing the facility. Little do they realize something far more sinister is at work and it's up to Rec Man the staff and police to stop it!
