00:00An official of the PNP is one of more than 60 people who were found in the air by an airplane and military helicopter in Washington, D.C., in America.

00:19That was the last moment of Police Colonel Pergentino Malavid Jr. with his family when he was brought to the airport on January 22.

00:28Malavid was in America as the head of the Supply Management Division to inspect the more than 2,000 all-purpose vests bought by the PNP from India.

00:40He was supposed to go home by Sunday.

00:42Malavid was one of 30 people who were recovering.

00:48Washington Police first identified Malavid based on the passport obtained from his body.

00:53The PNP filed a case against Malavid's family in America to officially identify him and bring him back to the Philippines.
