Senedd Member for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire Samuel Kurtz popped into the branch of Lloyds Bank in Pembroke Dock to see the staff and check they are okay, following the news that it will be closing this June.
He said that there will be no job losses there, thankfully, adding:
“Businesses use this bank, customers use this bank, so ensuring that we’ve got access to cash and access to banking services in our towns, on our high streets - really important. And that’s what I’ll be pushing for when I’m back up in Cardiff Bay.”
