00:21At the top of her to-do list is making some renovations to her seaside mansion in Rhode Island.

00:26The singer is expanding it by 400 square feet,

00:29including revamping one bedroom into an enlarged bedroom suite to the tune of $1.7 million.

00:35The source says she's hoping to get it ready for the summer.

00:38She is also toying with the idea of finding a property in Kansas City

00:42where boyfriend Travis Kelsey is based.

00:45The source adds when they have time, they want to look at real estate.

00:48They've talked about exploring buying a home together.

00:51In the meantime, Taylor and Travis are making the most of every minute.
