00:00There was a moment when I started to think to myself is this really what the rest of my life's
00:04going to be like? And I was having those thoughts in my head. Is it okay? Is this what I'm going to
00:08do the rest of my life? And then I get the phone call. And my whole world turns upside down and
00:13I have to be who I was always. I have to remain authentic just because I have a title and a new
00:21responsibility. It can't change how I show up because I think if I do people will see it,
00:25smell it, sniff it. So you'll see me push myself to continue to be authentic, to be
00:31hopefully relatable, hopefully be approachable. I've done some just real tactical things to try
00:36to do that. And that sounds so simple, but I go get my own coffee in the morning and I go get my
00:40own coffee in the afternoon. I work out in our gyms here every morning and I move around the
00:45gyms and the coffee places so that I can interact with more and more of our teammates. So I think
00:50that would probably be the biggest one is that you can't let a title or a new responsibility
00:54change who you are to your core. You have to show up as authentically yourself as you possibly can.
