00:00It was found near Exodus in the Bible, on the Gaza Strip.

00:08But they were not Jews fleeing Egypt, but Palestinians returning from Gaza.

00:14They fled because of the war between Israel and the Hamas group,

00:17which had already agreed to cease fire.

00:20Israel withdrew the barricades after the Hamas left,

00:23one Israeli and two hostages of the group.

00:26It is estimated that more than 600,000 Palestinians will return to Gaza,

00:31which was almost destroyed by the Israeli forces.

00:34More than 47,000 Palestinians were killed in the war,

00:37while more than 1,200 were on the Israeli wing.

00:42Acting House Appropriations Committee Chairperson Representative Stella Kimbo admitted

00:47that there were blancos in the BICAM report of the 2025 budget,

00:51which was ratified by the Congress.

00:54But she said that even if there were blancos,

00:56the funds for all items in the budget had already been allocated

00:59before the BICAM report was signed.

01:03According to the omnibus motion in the BICAM report,

01:06the technical staff of the Camera and the Senate authorized

01:10that she made a correction in the fund.

01:13Kimbo added that the 2025 budget of this enrolled bill is not blanco,

01:19so it is considered legal.

01:22Davao City Rep. Isidro Ungab insisted that if there are questions to the blancos,

01:28filling out blank items is not considered typographical, grammatical, or printing error.

01:34Kabataan Partylist Rep. Raul Manuel asked why it was still blanco.

01:40He added that the exact value was not replaced with the previous values.

01:45He said that if that was the case, BICAM violated their omnibus motion.

01:50We are still trying to get the permission of Malacanang and the Senate.

01:54Excited Secretary Lucas Bersamin said first that there is no blanco in the enrolled bill

01:59that was signed by the President.
