00:21Sessions judge Rosli Ahmad on Monday. According to the charge sheet, Rostam allegedly received
00:27the bribe from a representative of Satunas Technologies' Sendirian Berhad as an inducement
00:33to award a work project titled to construct end-cap stressing and shear block and to
00:39install expansion joint, including hacking, grouting and nosing, for the Sungai Besi Ulu
00:44Kelang Elevated Expressway, SUKE. The offence was allegedly committed at the parking lot
00:50of a mosque in Kampung Datuk Keramat in Kuala Lumpur on April 12, 2023. Rostam faces charges
00:57under Section 16AA of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission MACC Act 2009, which carries a
01:06penalty of up to 20 years' imprisonment and a minimum fine of 10,000 ringgit if convicted.
