00:33The victim was just playing at her friend's house in Caloocan City.

00:49her eyes were swollen, and there was a lot of sweat.

00:52It was painful because we didn't want to hurt the child,

00:58According to the police, the 6-year-old daughter of the suspect

01:11her mother entered the house,

01:23then she picked it up and threw it away.

01:26The brother of the suspect heard the commotion in the house

01:31he saw our minor victim who was handcuffed and bleeding.
