00:00In Truth's defense, she's been taught that I could be the enemy, you know, which love
00:07always overrides that because people who see truth and people who know truth and watch
00:12me raise truth, they know the love we have for each other.
00:15And right now she thriving, you know, she's in school, she's doing a little bit of everything.
00:19And with that being said, it's like, man, for me, since two months after Truth was born
00:27and anything that's been filed, it's always been said, father has zero contact, father
00:33should not be able to contact the baby, should not have visitation.
00:39So I've been dealing with this for almost six years now, Truth is six, you know.
00:44So that's where it becomes frustrating because I did everything right within the system and
00:49everything that I did right, I didn't mess up on the order or anything.
00:54I finally get custody because you messed up for five years.
00:57Now they decided to give me a chance.
00:59Now all of a sudden, now the court's not right, you know.
01:02And it's like everything's being filed.
01:06It's like every chance she gets, she files whatever she can.
01:10It's like, man, I just hope something stick.
01:12Facts is all that's no matter in this right now.
01:14I'm not trying to persuade nobody to care about.
01:18I want you to be on Trey's side.
01:19I want you to be on the mother's side.
01:21It ain't about that.
01:22The real thing is about what's the best interest of Truth.
01:26I immediately reached out to GoFundMe and let them know that the narrative that was
01:30on this GoFundMe page was completely false and liable and that it should be taken down.
01:37And they have advised me that they're working on that to determine the truth and veracity
01:43of what has been posted.
01:44I also reached out to her aunt who is the person who set up the GoFundMe page and told
01:49her that she was setting herself up for a defamation lawsuit based on all the false
01:55information that was contained in the GoFundMe request.
01:59So I'm sure that she has a criminal defense attorney helping her at this time.
02:05So that's another issue.
02:06She's asking for money for a lawyer when she likely has a court-appointed attorney.
02:12And, you know, Truth's been dealing with a therapist, you know.
02:15I'm learning a lot of different things, like as far as the therapist telling me how when
02:22she conversates with Truth, Truth's been manipulated and that I have to make sure I
02:26have more patience because in Truth's defense, she's been taught that I could be the enemy.
02:32Honestly, so right now we're doing a mixture of school and homeschool because you never
02:37want to put too much pressure on her.
02:39So as we speak now, she literally ended up doing her work.
02:42So, you know, I'm one of the ones, I'm just going to be supportive of whatever Truth wants
02:46to happen.
02:46You know, if she feels she's not ready to go to school, then cool, pops got you.
02:50We'll do the work at home.
02:52We have to go to school at some point, so we got to get your work checked and everything
02:55else.
02:55But just being supportive, man.
02:57I will tell you, I've been representing Trey for approximately, well, I think we're over
03:03six years at this point.
03:05And this has been kind of her narrative from the beginning.
03:09She runs with the child.
03:11She immediately files protective orders.
03:14She started out claiming that Trey was abusing her.
03:17When that didn't work, she then turned to him being abusive to the child.
03:22When that didn't work, then she amped it up to sexual abuse.
03:27Her latest protective order that she filed, she actually said that she was fearful for
03:32her mother and also her dog, which is, I don't even know if Trey's even been in the same
03:37vicinity as the dog ever.
03:40So it's kind of, you know, she just keeps taking in another step.
03:44We have the medical records that refute and show that when the child was asked if anything
03:48bad had happened to her, the mother interrupted and tried to tell the child what had happened
03:55to her.
03:56It was so wrong, the doctors actually noted it in her medical records what the mother
04:05had said.
04:06She was three when the mother took her for her first sexual abuse and neglect exam.
04:14Just the exam alone is invasive.
04:19I argued in court that it could in fact be considered child abuse, putting this child
04:23through, I believe at the time we were in trial, over three different vaginal exams.
04:30And she also testified that she had also performed vaginal exams on the child herself,
04:36despite the fact that she has no medical training or medical background.
04:41When you've been accused of everything, the most heinous things, to accuse a father of
04:47either sexually molesting their child or allowing their child to be molested under their care.
04:54I mean, I don't think there's anything worse you can be accused of.
04:57And so in order to address that, the top forensic interviewer of children at the Children's
05:05Assessment Center in Texas interviewed this child at length.
05:10And in fact, when asked if she had ever been touched in a hurtful manner, the only thing
05:16she said was that, yes, my mom whoops me.
05:19She never said that her father laid his hands on her and never, thank God, never had anybody
05:25been sexually inappropriate with her.
