00:00But we have to also look beyond the southern border, because there are going to be these
00:03crackdowns in cities around the United States.
00:07A bit more complicated, isn't it, to sort of round up people for, for example, for deportation,
00:13as President Trump has suggested, in cities around the United States, especially cities
00:17where perhaps you won't get cooperation from local officials.
00:21And I'm thinking of New York, Chicago, where perhaps, you know, the authorities will be
00:26less inclined to support these initiatives.
00:29How do you see it all working?
00:31Well, just because something is difficult or hard doesn't mean we shouldn't try.
00:36And when you talk to officials at Homeland Security or with ICE, they do, they have identified
00:43individuals who have crossed the border.
00:45They know where they are and they know their previous history, and in some cases, violent
00:49criminal history.
00:51And they are targeting those individuals first.
00:54I can't believe that a sheriff or a law official in Chicago or New York wouldn't want these
01:02individuals off their streets.
