00:14Well, they do. But here's the problem. How do we know?

00:20When you have a situation in which you have no idea who's coming across the border,
00:25it allows you to make some suppositions on who those individuals are.
00:32I am sure that the vast majority of the individuals that are crossing the border
00:37are doing it for economic reasons, for a better life for their family.
00:40But that still doesn't alleviate the fact that you do have criminals.
00:46You do have individuals that want to cause harm to the United States
00:50crossing that border and for us to have no idea who they are and where they are.
