Storm Eowyn: Woodstock Road, Belfast, deserted at rush hour

The normally busy major commuter route to Belfast city centre, Woodstock Road, was deserted at rush hour on the morning of January 24, 2025, as Storm Eowyn hit, ripping down a hoarding that was left lying in the street. Footage by Iain Gray
