00:00Defense Secretary Guibo Chodoro talked to the new U.S. National Security Adviser, Mike Waltz, in the White House.
00:07When the arrest took place two days after U.S. President Donald Trump took office,
00:13Chodoro urged the Philippines to greet him because of the well-organized and successful transition of the leader,
