01:26The Madhya Pradesh High Court heard the case in 2015 when the land of the Nawab of Bhopal was declared as government property by the Mumbai-based Enemy Property Custodian Office.

01:42In response to this, Saif Ali Khan challenged the High Court and took a stay on the property.
01:49Last year, on 13th December, Justice Vivek Agarwal's bench in the MP High Court gave Saif Ali Khan 30 days to appeal.

02:04However, the Saif family has the option to appeal in front of the High Court's double bench.
02:12According to the report, Bhopal collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh said that the High Court's order will be taken into consideration only after the case is cleared.
02:20The properties of Bhopal and Rai Sen are included in the list of properties that are at risk of being seized by Saif Ali Khan.
02:27These include Flagstaff House, Noor-us-Saba Palace, Dar-us-Salaam, Habibi-ka-Bangla, Ahmedabad Palace, and Koh-e-Fiza.
02:35As you know, Saif spent his childhood in Flagstaff House.
02:39Until 1947, Bhopal was a state and Nawab Hamidullah Khan was its last Nawab.
02:45He was the grandfather of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and he had three daughters.
02:49Out of whom, Abida Sultan went to Pakistan in 1950.
02:53His second daughter, Sajida Sultan, stayed in India and she married Saif Ali Khan's grandfather, Nawab Ikhtiar Ali Khan Pataudi.
03:02After this, in 2019, the court gave Sajida Sultan legal custody and Saif Ali Khan inherited a portion of the property.
03:11But his grandmother's elder sister, Abida Sultan, went to Pakistan and her property was seized by the government under the Shatru Sampatti Adhiniyam.
