00:00He was a student of Adarsh Pandey Chaudhary Bisambar Singh Bharati Vidyalaya, Auriya.
00:06He had passed his 12th exam from this Vidyalaya last year.
00:11He had scored good marks in all subjects.
00:14He had scored 23 marks in only English subjects.
00:18According to him, the marks he had scored were very less.
00:25So, through RTI, he got his exam book published.
00:30In which he found that the person who had checked the copy
00:33had scored correct marks for the first question.
00:37After that, he had scored zero marks for the same questions.
00:40In this way, he kept on checking the copy.
00:44He complained about this to the board officials.
00:47But the officials told him that there is no provision in the board for re-evaluation.
00:52If there is a mistake in the calculation of the marks, then only that can be corrected.
00:57So, he took the permission of the High Court.
01:01And there, he filed a writ.
01:04In which, the High Court asked for clarification from the expert's opinion and the board.
01:10In the expert's opinion, when the copy was re-evaluated,
01:14in the expert's opinion, 65 marks were found in that subject.
01:20This report was presented to the High Court in a sealed form.
01:24After reviewing this report,
01:26the High Court ordered the board officials to issue a new mark sheet with 65 marks.
01:35And also issued an order to conduct a disciplinary action against the relevant examiner.
01:42And the High Court clearly stated that
01:45whether or not there is a provision for re-evaluation,
01:49the examiner will not be allowed to travel.
01:55And the High Court passed a very good decision.
