00:00I would like to share a few suggestions on health issues with you.
00:04One of the most important suggestions is that the government should start a special campaign to strengthen the primary health services in the state.
00:13As we can see, the primary health centres, sub-centres and PHCs are not being provided with the necessary facilities.
00:22There are two reasons for this.
00:25First of all, the number of unnecessary patients is increasing in our district hospitals and medical colleges.
00:33Secondly, people are relying on primary health services providers to cover their out-of-pocket expenditure.
00:44So, this is the first suggestion.
00:46The second suggestion is to increase the accountability of primary health services providers.
00:51These days, there is a lot of news that the primary health centres are not being provided with the necessary facilities.
00:59To address this issue, the government has introduced a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism for primary health services.
01:06For example, when patients do not get health services or primary health services are not being provided or hospitals are being shut down,
01:13they can immediately complain to the government through this grievance redressal mechanism.
01:18The third and most important suggestion is that Rajasthan should be the first state to have a law on health.
01:29It has been two years since the law was introduced, but the government has not implemented the rules.
01:33So, the government should implement the rules.
01:37The budget for health should be increased.
01:39We are spending 8% of the total budget on health, but our expenditure on health is still 1.2%.
01:51So, this expenditure should be increased.
01:53The government should spend 2.5% on health.
01:58A lot of good things have happened.
02:02The first issue that we are facing is cyber crimes related to online safety.
02:13So, our suggestion is that the safety of children should be prioritised.
02:19There should be a mandatory awareness program for teachers.
02:24Teachers should be informed about this program.
02:28Teachers should be empowered to protect their children from such crimes.
02:34They should be able to motivate them and give them the right guidance.
02:39So, this is our first recommendation.
02:42Secondly, it is a time of digital education.
02:47A lot of schools have been set up by the government and non-governmental organisations.
02:57So, we have provided these facilities.
03:00But the teachers should be empowered to use these facilities properly.
03:09Our suggestion to the government is that the budget that we have been giving for the past three years,
03:16all the funds that have been given have been lapsed.
03:19It should be increased, awareness programs should be run and children should be saved.
03:23It is very important to save the youth from drugs.
03:26If they are not saved, then everything is useless.
03:28To save the youth, awareness programs should be run more quickly.
03:34In Kajisthan, from Danganagar to Kota, from Bhilwada to Alwar to Ajmer,
03:41drugs have spread everywhere.
03:44The youth are being destroyed.
03:46You can't even imagine.
03:47We have 15-16 year old children who do not have any treatment facilities in the state.
03:52There are women patients too.
03:54But there is no hospital or drug treatment centre for women to save them from drugs.
04:03We will try to meet the CM and give him suggestions to increase awareness.
