Nigerian Trade & Investment Minister Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, says Nigerian-Chinese trade relations are going great guns. Oduwole told CGTN she hoped the collaboration would increase further in 2025.

00:00So infrastructure, just even our railways, our road initiatives, our airports, the Chinese
00:05government and businesses, Chinese businesses have been quite vibrant in this space, as have
00:11Nigerians as well. So we're looking forward to bridging that gap. We're also looking forward to
00:15the sectors that are important to us, our exports to China, making sure that that's more robust,
00:21making sure that there's more activity in the agriculture sector, because that is where we
00:24need a lot of jobs and lots of catalytical. In the digital space, technology, that is where
00:31in services we're competitive. So those are the areas that are important to us, digital trade,
00:35and we know that China is also a global leader in technology. So these are where
00:39we see the synergies and we're looking forward to the collaboration.
