00:00So Richard is going to be doing an Olympic weightlifting competition in June, so it will
00:14be the first one held in our club facility in June, so it will be Northern Districts
00:21competition and he will be performing the snatch and the clean and jerk.
00:25He started with me three years ago and has just progressed ever since, just got stronger,
00:32listens well and just an all around good lifter and good around to be.
00:36A few months ago we just started to take into account the lifts and as soon as we started
00:42to do them he just picked them up really quick so we just knew from there didn't we.
00:45Hopefully we get a trophy.
