Tafseer: In this ruku, Allah ta'ala emphasizes His power and control over all things. He asks the disbelievers who it is that provides for them, and reminds them that it is Allah who sends down rain and brings forth crops (Ayat 31-32). Allah ta'ala also warns the disbelievers that they will be punished for their rejection of Him, and that they will be replaced by a new generation of believers (Ayat 33-40).
