00:30The letter states that TikTok is clear of statute violation and of liability for any
00:34conduct within the period it was scrutinized for policy action.
00:38When asked what his TikTok order does, Trump says it quote, gives him the right to sell
00:43or close the company.
00:45He also says he needed to make a decision on the matter.
