00:00But speaking of riverboat gambling, is there a chance that Indiana could be the next state to
00:05have that going here? I know that there's a new house bill that's been filed to try to push this
00:08through. Yeah, you know, Indiana is such an interesting case in this online casino expansion
00:14world. You know, they were long considered one of the best candidates to be one of the first online
00:21casino states. I mean, at least trailing the first couple, you know, we've got seven online casino
00:26states, at least in that next round afterwards. And then we've had this little conspiracy
00:31situation that, you know, last year in 2023, Representative Sean Eberhardt pleaded guilty
00:37to a conspiracy to commit, you know, kind of a fraud situation. You know, he said he would
00:44try to make things easier on a casino company in exchange for a future job. Well, that got caught.
00:50He pleaded guilty. Then in 2023, heading into the 2024 session, Senate leadership said, whoa,
00:57we're not going to handle any gambling issues. This is bad. The public has probably lost trust
01:02in us to handle this issue. So last year, there was really no talk about anything. You know,
01:07the industry said, we're going to go hands off on Indiana for a little bit because, yeah,
01:10this is not a great situation. We don't want any funny business going on. We want to be above board
01:15and make sure everything's legitimate and well, you know, documented and all that jazz. Well,
01:21now another year removed, we've got a new bill to take casino online in Indiana. Again, kind of,
01:29we're just going to have to watch because, you know, well, four years ago, this might have been
01:34a better case scenario with a lot of momentum from other legalization of online casino. Now, again,
01:40as I've said multiple times coming on here, there's lots of headwinds against online gambling.
01:45So who knows, you know, what kind of legislators are going to heed that and say, well, we're not
01:50going to touch this for another couple of years still and let everything kind of shake out. So,
01:54hey, at least it's back on the discussion board in Indiana. Does it make any moves?
01:59We'll watch and carefully and keep you updated, Craig, but
02:02I'm not exactly hopeful that that gets anything done this year.
