01:40The work of our Mayor from 2018 to 2023,

01:50that the people of Haridwar will get cheap treatment,

01:53and the medical students of Haridwar will get cheap education.

01:56They will not have to go to Delhi or Dehradun.

01:59But the government has done the work of shattering the dreams of those medical students.
