00:05On the 25th of January, we have called 45,537 villages in Rajasthan to bring the village to a standstill.

00:16And the idea of bringing the village to a standstill is that the people of the village will remain in the village,

00:22whether it is milk, fruits, vegetables or grains.

00:30No one from the village will go out of the village to sell it.

00:34If someone wants to buy it, they can come to the village and buy it.

00:39We have not stopped them. We have kept them out of the village.

00:42Secondly, no matter what means are available,

00:47we will not stop them.

00:49Whether it is a train, bus, jeep or any other vehicle,

00:54we will not stop them.

00:56We will stop ourselves.

00:59And if we stop them, we will be in trouble.

01:07This is one side of the argument.

01:09The third side of the argument is that the farmers will get the power to decide the price.

01:14The farmer will decide the price of his crop.

01:19For these reasons, we have called for a village ban.

01:24And for this, we have said that the law on the guarantee of purchase should be passed at the lowest possible price.

01:33This movement started in Rajasthan in 2010 with the farmers' pain.

01:40Today, the biggest issue of this country is the law on MSP.

01:47Today, whether it is Punjab or Amritsar,

01:52whether it is Haryana, Kerala, Kashmir, Maharashtra or Bengal,

01:59the biggest issue of the farmers in the whole country is that

02:05if the law on MSP is passed, the farmers will get the right to decide the price,

02:10which the government calls the lowest possible price.

02:13And we have not said this.

02:15The government has said that the law on MSP should be passed at the lowest possible price.

02:19The government institutions, the government agencies, the government committees,

02:24all of them have agreed to this.

02:26And they have made an act, the Model Act,

02:28in which they have said this.

02:30The MSP committee in 2022 has also said this,

02:35that the MSP should be declared as a reserve price,

02:38and that it should be started at the lowest possible price in the markets.

02:44For this, these farmers and the crops,

02:50which have been destroyed by the destruction of nature,

02:53the only way to express this anger,

02:56is through truth, peace and non-violence.
