01:33I have come from Andhra Pradesh.
01:34I am very happy to be here on the land of Jharkhand,
01:38which is a mix of tribal traditions.
01:41And it has been most overwhelming
01:44by seeing that we are all welcomed with a very good tribal dance and all.
01:48This shows that how passion these organizers have
01:52towards the culture and heritage of Jharkhand.
01:55That itself shows their leadership qualities.
01:58So within one month,

02:03the School Leadership Academy of Jharkhand,
02:06and they have organized it in a very well manner.
02:10And then one more thing I wanted to tell you is,
02:13all the officials, educational department officials,
02:16and JCRT members, and Secretary Sir,
02:18they have shown their passion towards the development of the education system in Jharkhand.
02:24So even now, we are implementing so many programs at Andhra Pradesh,
02:28there are more things to learn from this school education of Jharkhand also.

02:36and our Department of School Education for sending me to this program.
02:40And it is the school leader must, it is all about the school leadership,
02:44what are their responsibilities and roles.
