00:00One that Donny right side cannot wait for the Philadelphia Eagles at home inside Lincoln
00:05financial field. Now a six and a half point favorite against the LA Rams. You see that
00:10total of 44 and a half which stands out to me DRS as we are tracking these numbers and
00:17telling you what we expect the actual game flow to look like. We saw two brilliant defensive
00:23performances out of these two clubs in their opening round playoff victories. The Rams
00:28held the Vikings to only nine. The Eagles dominant defensively holding the Packers
00:33to only 10. And yet when this line opened up early on Tuesday it was 43 and a half.
00:40So with the total working its way up my question is why? Does Donny right side have an answer?
00:47Well you're looking at two offenses that at times can be ultra explosive. You got two really good
00:52running backs in this game. Two good signal callers wide outside can dominate and defenses
00:56that can be opportunistic and force turnovers. So it does make sense. Also understand this the
01:01last game they played 57 total points with the Eagles racking up 37 points in this game with
01:06Saquon Barkley went off on the ground and as a pass catcher. But also understand this as well
01:11that I'm still looking towards more unders than overs this weekend. That includes this game with
01:15the Philadelphia Eagles. I'm not all that worried about the weather itself because there might be
01:18some snow in the air. It's typical Philadelphia weather in mid-January 35 36 degrees maybe some
01:24snow showers maybe a little snow winds aren't going to be all that bad. I don't think it gives
01:27that much of an effect. But it does help a home team in the Eagles that are used to playing in
01:31those elements as opposed to a dome team from the west coast. But also understand this the
01:35Eagles have the number one overall defense in the NFL. They'll come to play the best secondary in
01:39football. They'll slow down that pass which maybe you have to lean on a little bit more of the run
01:43with Kyron Williams which isn't a bad thing. But understand what the Los Angeles Rams have been
01:47doing for the past month of the season. After that Eagles game it was 37 to 20 that they had.
01:5220 to 14 against the Saints won that game only gave up 14 points. The anomaly is probably the
01:56Bills game. They shot it out 44 42. But after that something really resonated with that defense
02:02and that front four pass rush that started to get home. 12 to 6 against the 49ers. 19 to 9 against
02:08the Jets. 13 to 9 against the Cardinals. Sat their starters in that final game against the Seahawks
02:12and removed that from the equation. And they're going up against a very good Vikings team only
02:16giving up nine points in that game. This has been better one of the better scoring defenses in
02:21football over the past month going up against the number one overall defense. So for me I'm looking
02:26for more of a ground attack. More measured attack. And once again I see that 44 and a half. The stars
02:32are there for that to go over. But just the gameplay for how these teams are going to play
02:36in the playoffs which includes last week's Philadelphia Eagles game against the Packers.
02:39Hurts didn't need to do much. Two touchdowns. No interceptions. Don't turn it over. Make the plays
02:43you need to with your feet and hand it off to Saquon Barkley. That's a recipe for success and
02:48a recipe Ben for running the clock.
