Mark Zuckerberg warns Meta staff that low performers will be cut

00:17intense year. The cuts will target roughly 5% of the lowest performers, but

00:21Meta told Fortune that it plans to backfill the roles. It's the latest job

00:24cuts in Zuckerberg's self-proclaimed efficiency drive, but this time is

00:28focused on performance rather than cost.
