Guy Pearce has just been nominated for Best Supporting Actor at this year's BAFTA Awards and is refelcting on his career to date, including his amazing role in Neighbours. He plays the bad guy in Oscar-tipped The Brutalist and admits he loves to be a baddie! Guy and his co-stars were out in force at a UK Special Screening at London's Picturehouse Central, Piccadilly. 00:19to be honest. We had lots of recognition in the Neighbours Days and I got a sense of what
00:24that means and what it doesn't mean. I just try to find good work and if you get on board
00:30something that's great, absolutely. So it doesn't feel like it's led to this per se,
00:36I just feel like this is an opportunity where I get to offer the history of skills that
00:42I have and if people are moved by it, then great. So it's a whole lot of feelings actually.
00:50And you're pretty blinking nasty in this, was it nice being the bad boy?
00:53Yeah, I like to be nasty if I can.
