Did Vybz Kartel just spoil the upcoming Wireless Festival announcement, ahead of organisers revealing who will be playing at Finsbury Park, London later this year?

We've taken a look once again at the rumoured acts people think are performing at this years event, while also including three names Kartel admitted were heading back to the festival this year.
Transcript
00:00It's January, the first month of the new year, which means more festival rumours ahead of
00:06the second wave of announcements set to take place over the next few months, or in the
00:11case of Wireless Festival, an announcement.
00:15The beloved festival taking place at Finsbury Park in London on July 11th to July 13th 2025
00:21have yet to indicate who might be performing at this year's event, but one person who let
00:26slip who is set to participate happens to be a name regularly featured online among
00:31those fantasy festival bookers, Vibes Cartel.
00:35In an interview that was shared across X and social media earlier this month, Cartel revealed
00:40that he, Lil Wayne, Drake and Burnaboy are all set to perform at Wireless 2025, though
00:47no official confirmation yet from the organisers has been made regarding this long-standing
00:52rumour.
00:53But can a festival with Drake and Kendrick Lamar exist?
00:57Now with Drake having recently pulled two lawsuits against Universal Music Group and
01:02Spotify over inflated plays of Kendrick's clapback, not like us, perhaps there is a
01:08thawing between the two on a business level which allows Lamar and Drake to share the
01:13same postcode in London, at least just for three days, because those Kendrick Lamar rumours
01:19about his involvement in Wireless 2025 aren't going away any time soon.
01:25Other suggested names include a contingent of UK acts including Central Sea, D-Block
01:30Europe and Pink Pantheress, while many including myself hope that Tyler the Creator or ASAP
01:35Rocky could be part of this year's bill.
01:38With Rihanna rumoured to be a Glastonbury performer this year, timing-wise it could
01:44work for the pair and their family, but Benji, who do you want to see perform at Wireless
01:482025?
01:49Well, I have my picks.
01:51I'm hoping to at least see A Tribe Called Quest once in my life, R.I.P. 5, while admittedly
01:57I would also be keen to see KRS-One perform too, but wish fulfilment from me is seeing
02:02Wu-Tang Clan celebrate the 25th anniversary of their third album, The W, complete with
02:08ODB Hologram, which has been seen on stage before.
02:12So if you're watching or listening to this RZA, Bobby Steele, Prince Dynamite, O Sacred
02:17Abbot of Shaolin, New York that is, why not spend a summer at Finsbury Park in London?
02:24Please?
