00:07In our state, under the direction of the Sangtan,

00:11on this day, we published a statement on all the district chiefs,

00:20in which we have 1,103 petitions.

00:23According to those petitions, we published a statement.

00:26But due to the absence of any positive outcome in our petitions,

00:31on this day, we have started a protest on all the district chiefs of Rajasthan.

00:39Until the government does not accept our petitions,

00:42our protest will continue.

00:44Our Patwar Sangh movement has been going on for the past two years.

00:50We have kept our petitions on Saksham Patal from time to time.

00:54But we have received only assurances that no action has been taken.

00:58In this, the Indian government's scheme, E-Girdhavri,

01:02has been made so complicated that the government's directive is

01:07to do some work and do some patwari.

01:10But if the scheme is so complicated, then neither the work nor the patwari can be done.

01:15In the last Kharif, when we spoke to the government,

01:19some amendments were made to the scheme.

01:22But after coming to Rabi, those amendments were taken back.

01:25Due to the absence of those amendments, Girdhavri cannot be done.

01:30Secondly, in the last budget of our Rajasthan government,

01:331035 patwari mandirs were accepted.

01:35These 1035 patwari mandirs are newly made in Rajasthan.

01:38The acceptance of which has been pending for a long time.

01:42No action is being taken on that.

01:44Thirdly, our DPC and review DPC.

01:48Our review DPC has been in place since 2022-23.

01:51Our original DPC has been in place since 2 years.

01:53The patwari that was being made 2 years ago,

01:56still has to work on the path of patwari.

01:59We are unable to see any action being taken on that by the government.

02:04Similarly, we have not yet been given any means to work online.

02:09We are being asked again and again to provide means.

02:11Or we are being asked to increase the number of staff

02:14and provide some financial support

02:16so that we can buy the means on our own and work.
