00:00And we've had analysts on this program who've said that when the fighting stops, some of
00:06Benjamin Netanyahu's legal woes might start to catch up with him.
00:09Do you think that's a factor that's present in his mind with regards to bringing about
00:14an end to this war?
00:15Of course, I can't read his mind, but I would agree with your other analysts that it certainly
00:19could be a factor.
00:20If he's no longer the prime minister, then the legal issues that he had going that were
00:26paused essentially could happen.
00:28And if he's no longer in this conflict, then of course we're going to get to a point where
00:34people are going to assess fully everything that happened that led to this successful
00:39terrorist attack on October 7th, and of course whether he should be held responsible for
00:44any of that happening, and potentially pick a new prime minister.
00:50And if that is the case, and he's no longer the prime minister, then it's assumed that
00:53the legal issues he had before would resume and he could face the consequences of those.
00:59So I think both of those could be, just looking at it as an analyst, could be a factor in
01:05how he views the war going forward, and more important than what I think, I think there's
01:09Israelis that think that there is a political interest in Prime Minister Netanyahu continuing
01:17this fight to remain in office.
