01:48I asked them to come the day itself for the next day with mother
01:52so they came next day and we heard them both and as well as the girl alone and
01:59while hearing the girl, she said 64 persons were abused
02:06within a 3-4 years time. So it was really a shocking one.
02:11We do have the experience of lot of abuse cases before CWC, but this the number itself is shocking.
02:18So we took it as a serious matter.
02:22We gone through a preliminary inquiry with the child and she said she used the
02:27father's phone and also with that she chatted with the alleged persons.
02:33Then after the
02:35preliminary hearing
02:37we sent the girl to
02:38Nirbhaya home where the psychosocial counselor as well as a psychologist is available.
02:44So we asked the psychologist counseling itself.
02:48So after 3-4 days
02:51RAPA building, she filed a report stating the name of
02:5562 persons
02:57where all it happened, what all happened and the name of the persons, approximate age, these all things were there in the report.
03:05But the whereabouts of the
03:08persons, alleged persons were not included in the
03:10report. So we
03:12asked the mother to produce the
03:15telephone, I mean the mobile before the psychologist because the child
03:21before CWC stated that she
03:24used the father's phone for
03:27chatting. So the phone was produced by the mother and with the help of the child
03:31they found, the psychologist found 40 persons name with the number from the mobile.
03:37So additional statement was also, report was also filed by the
03:41psychologist. Both the reports, the dates of the
03:46communicated to the Supreme Court of Police. Usually we used to give it to the SHOs, concerned SHOs, but the
03:53the wideness of the issue which may
03:58spread up to, I mean beyond the district also. So we gave it to the Supreme Court of Police.

04:27in addition to that if she needs the supporting system like counseling, all these things was arranged by CWC.
