00:36Log spasht bolte hain ki jo cheeje bade shehroon mein, bade parivaaron ki dhar mein hoti ki,
00:42wo aaj humare ghar mein aayi hai.
00:44Tap water connection, gas connection, unimaginable 10 years ago.
00:49That is what has been actually delivered in the last 10 years.
00:53And that's the reason why we have so much food security to 80 crore people.
00:5980 crore, the combined population of US and Europe, itne logon ko food security.
01:05Every month, month by month.
01:07That is real inclusive development.
01:10That is real inclusive development.
01:14Bahut log bolte hain, bahut log bolte hain, humare party ko accuse karte hain ki inclusive growth nahi hai,
01:22inclusive development nahi hai.
01:24This is real inclusive growth.
01:26This is real inclusive development.
01:28And this is there in our genes, right from day one.
01:321952 mein Jansat bana tab se, Antyode, we call it Antyode,
01:38which is, jo society mein most marginalized sections hain, unke liye,
01:44sarkar, unke liye, government, unke liye, we should care for them.
01:48That's the philosophy with which Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has worked.
01:53And as and when our party has been in power in whichever state and at the centre,
01:58we have always focused on making a big difference in people's lives.
02:03And that's recognized across the country.
02:0772 crore Ayushman cards issued.
02:10Again a phenomenon, the biggest health care program anywhere in the world.
02:19Internship opportunities which have been announced in the last budget.
02:231 crore people.
02:2511 crore farmers getting income support.
02:28Humongous numbers, when you go and look at these numbers,
02:32these numbers are not seen anywhere in the history of development of any nation.
02:39All of you are students of public policy, please go out and study
02:43how other countries went through phases of development.
02:47This kind of numbers, this kind of changing the lives of so many million people
02:52has never been seen in the time frame of 10 years.
02:56I'll come to the third pillar of economic growth, manufacturing.
03:00I'm sure Bhudekar's know manufacturing better than me.
03:05It's a very big manufacturing hub.
03:07Automobile, electronics, engineering goods.
03:10Multiple mobile phones, the differences are humongous, right?
03:15It was negligible today, a huge 4.2 lakh crore.
03:20Electronics manufacturing, 9.8 lakh crore, 10 lakh crore
03:25from a meagre 2 lakh crore 10 years ago.
03:29Exports, now electronics exports is among the top five islands.
03:35In Pune, we are doing four projects.
03:40Three of them are common facilities for electronics manufacturing.
03:43And today morning the Maratha Chamber of Commerce people met me
03:47and they were so happy when they showed me the video of the common cluster.
03:51They are saying that all the MSMEs and small industries,
03:55all of them have benefited from this electronics manufacturing cluster.
04:00Common testing facilities, common validation facilities,
04:03common design facilities.
04:05And in Ranjangaon, one large electronics manufacturing cluster.
04:11Close to 700 crore rupees of investment
04:13by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.
04:16That will again create more opportunities for all of you.
04:20Value chain as Ashad Phobzab just told me,
04:24initially it starts with assembly, then the value chain starts deepening.
04:29And more and more components start getting manufactured in India.
04:33That's happening now.
04:35Whether you take electronics, you take pharmaceuticals, defense, everywhere.
04:40Just yesterday I saw this rail wheel factory near Chennai.
04:46This will be manufacturing 80,000 wheels for India
04:49and another 2 lakh for exporting.
04:52So, made in India, make in India, make for the world.
04:55Right?
04:56So that's something which we had.
