01:13Non-Communicable Diseases.
01:14We have two types.
01:15Communicable and Non-Communicable.
01:17Communicable means, TB or leprosy is spread from one person to another.
01:24Non-Communicable means, sugar, BP, hypertension, diabetes are non-communicable.
01:30These diseases also have a target.
01:33We have to reach that target too.
01:35Next is NQAS.
01:39NQAS means, Quality Consulting Teams.
01:43NQAS means, we are looking at the quality of every department.
01:49We are looking at how many patients are there.
01:51We are looking at admissions, how many patients are admitted.
01:55Lab, Pharmacy.
01:57We are looking at the categories and rankings.
02:00We are looking at whether the candidates are achieving in the rankings.

02:05We have to get a certain percentage out of those points.

02:33ANC Registration means, we have to register every pregnancy within 12 weeks.

03:03There will be iron tablets and folic acid tablets.
03:07We will give folic acid tablets for 3 months.
03:11If we look at the previous generations,
03:15there will be neural tube defects.
03:22Without these defects, we will give folic acid tablets.
03:25From the fourth month onwards, we will give iron tablets.
03:27In India, most of the pregnant ladies have anemia.
03:35Due to anemia, many pregnant women get abortions.
03:39After a month of delivery, it becomes difficult.
03:46In the delivery time, if there is no blood,
03:49or if they cannot go to a big hospital,
03:51we have the risk of losing it.
03:54For that, we do the ANC Registration in advance.
