Alec Baldwin isn't on trial for the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins anymore, but he’s clearly still upset over getting prosecuted over the "Rust" shooting tragedy... ‘cause he's now suing the prosecutors and investigators involved in his case.

00:00Alec Baldwin is coming after prosecutors who went after him in New Mexico in the Rusk prosecution.
00:07He's alleging that they engaged in malicious prosecution, abuse of process, basically he's
00:10saying they never had a case against him, they ignored certain evidence, and he is going
00:15out for blood.
00:16He wants to get monetary damages from them.
00:19It's sort of interesting, this case is behind him, right?
00:21He survived, he won.
00:22He won.
00:23But he's now bringing it back, and I don't know how smart that is because it's sort of
00:26bringing up those old memories, scabs off wounds kind of thing.
00:29Well, look, the prosecution in this case was shady.
00:33It felt like they really were going after him.
00:35And then it was ultimately thrown out because they hadn't turned over certain evidence.
00:39But here's the problem that he's got.
00:40When you sue for malicious prosecution, the person that you're suing had to have been
00:45solely motivated by malice.
00:47He shouldn't have been prosecuted, but proving it was only motivated by malice I think is
00:52impossible.
00:53I mean, on suits they did it.
00:54They totally framed Donna in season two of Suits of This, and then she got fired, and
00:58it was like so traumatic.
01:00It's like life imitating whatever you call suits.
