00:00Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court, Amir Farooq is addressing you live from Islamabad.
00:06I have come to the court.
00:08This is something that has been going on for a long time.
00:13We have digitized the High Court and Supreme Court, but we also have to digitize the District Judiciary.
00:20So that we have done today.
00:22Today, we have achieved that milestone.
00:24One more thing on which I am addressing you today.
00:34And I have to thank you all for this.
00:37And I also feel proud.
00:39It is the hard work of all of you, and especially of all the Judicial Officers of the District Judiciary.
00:49For the first time in Islamabad District Judiciary's history, we have crossed the disposal over 1 lakh.
00:57Last year, it was 82,000. This year, Alhamdulillah, the disposal is 1,19,000 cases.
01:11And we have negated the backlog.
01:16All of you, Bhukla Guradari, and all of my District Judiciary Officers, could not have done this without their support.
01:28I am proud of you.
01:30The way you have achieved this milestone, it was not possible without you.
01:40And I hope that in the coming years, we will achieve more than this.
01:51We will give more disposal.
01:53I will try my best to resolve all the issues raised by the cabinet members, as far as I can.
02:10And Inshallah, in the coming years, I stand committed to resolving the issues raised by the elected bodies.
02:20I will try my best to resolve all the issues raised by the elected bodies, as far as I can.
02:29The library was a very important demand.
02:36And unfortunately, there was a slight delay.
02:40But the delay is justified. Today, the library is inaugurated.
02:44I request all of you to use it.
02:48Because, again, a lawyer is nothing without a book.
02:55We have to use it.
02:58Now, the e-libraries are available.
03:02And I have been shown e-stations and computers.
03:05So, please do that.
03:07Once again, I would like to thank all of you.
03:12Thank you very much for having me.
03:15You have elections tomorrow. Enjoy the candidates. All the best.
03:21Thank you so much.
03:44Thank you so much.
04:14Thank you so much.
05:15In the 9th May cases, all the cases were filed under the Insadad-e-Dahshadgardi Act.
05:20Then, how did the military trial take place on these cases?
05:23How can the military court take action on the cases filed under the Tazerat-e-Pakistan and ATA?
05:28Did the military court file the case in the FIRs, which were in the police stations?
05:32The three copies of the FIRs did not file the case under the Official Secret Act.
05:36Justice Musarrat Hilali's military trial case of civilians has come to an end.
05:40Qajar Haris, the lawyer of the Ministry of Defence, said that the Army Act does not apply to every terrorist.
05:46The Army Act applies only to those who oppose the Official Secret Act.
05:51The Supreme Court's seven-member bench held a hearing on the military trial case of civilians.
05:56Justice Musarrat Hilali gave remarks.
05:59The officer who runs the trial does not give a verdict in the court.
06:03The one who sends the case to the senior officer gives the verdict.
06:06The officer who did not listen to the trial, how would he give a verdict?
06:12Justice Jamal Mandokhil said that he has been in this field for 38 years, yet he does not consider himself complete.
06:18Does the officer have so much experience and experience that he is sentenced to death?
06:24The Army Act applies only to the army.
06:27Do fundamental rights and justice meet or not?
06:30We will keep an eye on everyone.
06:33Qajar Haris said that to write a verdict, you need the support of the JEC branch.
06:38The court-martialed officers have trial experience.
06:42Justice Musarrat Hilali gave remarks.
06:44An army chief's plane was extinguished by the airport's lights and told to leave the country.
06:49All passengers were put in danger in this incident.
06:52Due to this one incident, a martial law was imposed in the country.
06:56Even after the martial law, the trial did not go to the military court.
07:01Qajar Haris said that hijacking is not a crime in the Army Act.
07:05That is why that trial could not go to the military court.
07:08That person was not in the plane, how could he have hijacked?
07:12I will not talk about politics, but later the Supreme Court admitted that there was a lot of fuel left in the plane.
07:19Justice Musarrat Hilali said that if a military plane is hijacked, then where will the trial go?
07:27Justice Jamal Mandokhil said that you have the majority.
07:30Who can stop you from committing the crime of hijacking and 302?
07:35PTI's Secretary General Salman Akram Raja said that Bani has made it clear that if the Judicial Commission is not approved, then there will be no further negotiations.
07:43Barrister Gauhar has been told to hold the third session.
07:45If the written request is not accepted, then do not hold the fourth session.
07:48He said about Sher Afzal Marwad that he will not comment on it.
07:52Sher Afzal Marwad's statement is not the position of the party.
07:55Only 4-5 people have the right to interpret Bani and the party.
08:00After meeting Imran Khan, Mr. Marwad said that if Imran Khan does not want to meet me, then there is no problem to hold the third or fourth session.
08:10Is that a go ahead from Imran Khan saying that you talk to me, it is not necessary to meet me?
08:14I will not say anything about Sher Afzal Marwad.
08:17I do not think his statement is the party's statement.
08:20We met Barrister Gauhar yesterday.
08:22What Mr. Khan has said to him is to hold the third session.
08:27In that session, the written request should also be given.
08:30But at the same time, it should be said that the Judicial Commission that we are asking for on 9th May and 26th November will be formed.
08:39If this does not happen, then we will not hold the fourth session.
08:42You said that there is desperation and that there must be negotiations.
08:45This is completely wrong.
08:46Every person who talks is a very big party.
08:49Do not consider him to be the party's or Imran Khan's opinion.
08:53We are a few people.
08:54You should understand that he has the right to speak about Mr. Khan or the party.
09:00PTI Director Sher Afzal Marwad says, what is the relationship between Salman Akram Raja and PTI?
09:05If he is the party's Secretary General, then is there any notification?
09:08While talking in the program news, he said that Salman Akram Raja cannot become Secretary General according to the party constitution.
09:14If he violates his own party constitution, then how can he talk about the constitution of the country?
09:18Salman Akram Raja is a stranger in the party.
09:21What is the relationship between Salman Akram Raja and PTI?
09:24Where were these 3-4 people?
09:26He came to PTI 4 months, 1 year ago.
09:28We are asking Mr. Gaur, who made him the Secretary General?
09:32He lives in Lahore for 15 days.
09:33If he comes here for a day, then he will understand.
09:36I will tell Mr. Khan.
09:37And I am sure that Mr. Khan will not tolerate the violation of his own party constitution.
09:43I was a lawyer in the Iddat case.
09:45In between, he fired me.
09:48For this narrative of the party, after 9th May, where was Salman Akram Raja?
09:52If there was someone, we were not getting the translation.
09:55I was the translator of Mr. Khan.
09:57I was the lawyer of Mr. Khan.
09:58I was doing all the conventions about Pakistan.
10:01These negotiations also started because of some secret negotiations.
10:06Do you agree?
10:07100%
10:08I am sure that when the parties will sit on the negotiating table,
10:12that session will also be happy.
10:14The political prisoners will not be arrested again.
10:17It was a pity to see the fight between Sher Afzal Marwat and Salman Akram Raja.
10:21PTI leader Shaukat Yusufzai says,
10:23it is the responsibility of the senior leadership to establish order in the party.
10:26PTI has exposed the government.
10:29The government's attitude is not serious.
10:31Maybe the third phase of the negotiations will be the last.
10:34It was a pity to see the fight between Sher Afzal Marwat and Salman Akram Raja.
10:41Maybe the third phase of the negotiations will be the last.
10:46The government's attitude is not serious.
10:49Maybe the third phase of the negotiations will be the last.
10:53Maybe the third phase of the negotiations will be the last.
10:58Imran Khan used to say that he has no power.
11:01Negotiations are useless.
11:03We are serious about negotiations.
11:05If you want to negotiate in fear,
11:07then these negotiations will never succeed.
11:10If you have the power,
11:12then you should meet Imran Khan's team.
11:14If you are not a thief,
11:16then why are you afraid of making a commission?
11:18PTI leader Rauf Hassan says,
11:20we are ready for the third session of the negotiations.
11:22The written demands are also ready.
11:24Our demands are also clear.
11:26Political prisoners' release and judicial commission.
11:29Political prisoners' release and judicial commission
11:31can be established through executive order.
11:33Political prisoners' release and judicial commission
11:35can be established through executive order.
11:37The Prime Minister has the authority to issue the executive order.
11:41The demands that we have put forward are
11:44the release of political prisoners
11:47and the establishment of two commissions.
11:49This can be done under an executive order.
11:52A signature is required by the Chief Executive of the country.
11:55Political prisoners' release can be established
11:57under an executive order.
12:00Absolutely.
12:02It is possible.
12:04But, Imran Khan,
12:06if you do these two things in the third session,
12:09establish two commissions under an executive order,
12:12and release these political prisoners under an executive order,
12:15then we will believe your sincerity.
12:17Am I right?
12:18To a great extent, yes, they want to.
12:21But, if you want to take my personal opinion,
12:24I think they will not do anything.
12:26They have been ordered to do this.
12:29Bani PTI is riding on the shoulders of the Sharif family.
12:32Instead of failing to become a Bani,
12:35Muryam Nawaz is paying attention to the issues of the people.
12:37The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
12:39says that Punjab's money is being transferred to London
12:42instead of being spent on the people.
12:44In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the money of the people
12:46is being spent on the well-being of the people.
12:48In the leadership of Ali Amin Gandapur,
12:50Khyber Pakhtunkhwa became the first province
12:52that goes to London to treat headaches.
12:54What will he do for the people?
13:00If Muryam Nawaz has a cure for animals,
13:02then there will be a cure for the fall of platelets.
13:04PTI's leader, Meherbano Qureshi,
13:06gave a firm answer to the Prime Minister of Punjab.
13:08He said that the fake Prime Minister
13:10who is present on the fake mandate,
13:12threatens and beats people.
13:14We call this a cure.
13:15We call this fraud, deception, corruption,
13:17and the strangulation of justice.
13:20In the case of D-Chow,
13:22the Islamic Republic of India
13:24issued a written statement
13:26on the request of 177 PTI employees.
13:28The court approved the application
13:30of 153 employees of PTI
13:32and rejected the application of 24 employees.
13:34In the case of Thana Karachi Company,
13:3643 of the 48 accused were approved
13:38and 5 were rejected.
13:402 of the 7 accused of Thana Tarnool
13:42were approved and 5 were rejected.

26:32I would like to congratulate everyone collectively.
26:39I don't think this would have been possible without their hard work and commitment.
26:47I would also like to thank all the officials of the European Union.
26:55They inspected us again.
27:02They found us in accordance with their standards.
27:07We will resume our flights to Europe.
27:18In the last four and a half years, the PIA has incurred a loss of several hundred billion rupees.
27:31The PIA has incurred a loss of 800 billion rupees.
27:36The most lucrative routes have been closed.
27:43For overseas Pakistanis, four and a half years ago,
27:51the Minister of Aviation's statement on the floor of an assembly was so devastating
28:00that for four and a half years,
28:07our overseas Pakistanis could not come to Pakistan directly.
28:15They could not come directly to their homes.
28:20They had to change their flight from Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi or some other midway to come to Pakistan.
28:34For that, they had to pay a lot of money.
28:40The travel was also expensive.
28:43However, we would like to thank all those who made this possible.
28:56We are proud that we are able to comply with international standards.
29:05Alhamdulillah, in the coming days, we will resume our flights to the UK and the USA.
29:18It is a great tragedy that there is no accountability for such wrong decisions.
29:30This statement caused such devastation that there was a time when the PIA was one of the leading airlines in the world.
29:43Not only was it one of the leading airlines, but it gave birth to many leading airlines.
29:49It played a role in making them.
29:53Then, we became the doormat for other airlines to take our traffic to the UK, Europe, USA and other destinations.
30:10I believe that today is a historic day.
30:15For the PIA, Civil Aviation and the government, we have received a reward for their efforts.
30:36We should be thankful to Allah.
30:44As I have been told, the PIA will operate throughout Europe.
30:57With the cooperation of other airlines, we will be able to travel to the USA.
31:07We will be able to travel to Paris or any other destination.
31:16It is not a matter of time.
31:20Soon, one or two or three of our flights will take off to the UK.
31:30In all our destinations, whether it is France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Norway, Sweden or the UK,
31:42there is a large number of Pakistanis overseas.
31:46Their difficulties have increased a lot.
31:49The PIA used to bring dead bodies for free.
31:53The PIA was a huge facility that helped our Pakistanis overseas.
32:02God willing, this facility will be re-established so that people can bury their loved ones in their homeland.
32:15It is a day of pride for the entire nation.
32:20Once again, the green Halali flag was raised.
32:24It was raised in the European airspace and in other airspaces that were closed to us.
32:30It was raised because of our stupidity and inappropriateness.
32:36The PIA is a national symbol.
32:40When the PIA takes off, when the green Halali flag is raised in the air,
32:50it is a matter of pride for us.
32:53It is our identity that we have been deprived of.
32:57God willing, the PIA will not take long.
33:04We want it to be privatized.
33:07We want new aircraft to come in.
33:12We want the fleet to be multiplied.
33:15We want it to be able to compete with other commercial airlines.
33:23Over the last five or four years, the PIA has captured our market due to its absence.
33:35We want to recapture the market through the PIA.
33:42Once again, I have been told that 100% of the flights are being booked.
33:57In the coming days, 100% of the flights will be booked.
34:03In the coming days, through the media, we will keep the nation informed about the developments.
34:32I know that we have worked hard for the last 1.5 to 2 years.
34:37I have had this portfolio for the last 7 to 10 months.
34:43We have worked extremely hard.
34:45I am thankful to Mr. Saad Rafiq and his team for their time and effort.
35:00Without them, the work would not have been completed.
35:09They worked very hard on this.
35:11They and their team worked with great commitment.
35:15Once again, I am thankful to the PIA, Civil Aviation, Ministry of Aviation,
35:24and all those who took part in this effort.
35:31By the grace of God, we were able to complete this work.
35:39I am thankful to Mr. Shahbaz Sharif and the Prime Minister.
35:46They constantly monitored this.
35:49Constantly, almost weekly, daily basis, fortnightly basis, they monitored everything.
35:57I am thankful to them for their guidance.
36:18May God make PIA successful.
36:22Once again, may Pakistan be proud of its airline.
36:36May Pakistanis be able to travel on their airline.
36:41May they be able to visit their families and friends.
36:45May they use PIA to go on their business tours.
36:49Thank you very much.
