00:38there's never been a farmer's market with Boath before.

00:42it was a very, very long time ago.

01:44Well, it's been fantastic
01:46to launch the market
01:48today.
01:50We've had lots of lovely local people
01:52supporting the wonderful
01:54traders that have managed to make it
01:56on this really icy day.
01:58We've had to
02:00un-ice
02:02the pipes to get everything
02:04working, but yeah, it's
02:06absolutely fantastic. We've all pulled together
02:08and all the traders are supporting
02:10each other and the local communities
02:12out in full force.
02:14So it's really lovely to see.
02:16I'm normally open just at weekends,
02:18so it's like an extra day in the week.
02:20I think it's brilliant news
02:22and I think if it's a regular thing
02:24it'll bring people in
02:26every week, won't it?
02:28It'll get a reputation, hopefully.
02:30Because the ones that happen in Aberystwyth
02:32are really popular, aren't they?
02:34Right in the car there.
02:48So, we've got our range
02:50of roasting joints.
02:52So we vary from
02:54rolled red to
02:56silver side, so you've got
02:58something that you can cook a bit pink or
03:00slow and low.
