00:30When you don't have the conditions of your choice, then burn, destroy, set fire, kill them.
00:38They are soldiers. If they are with us, they are very good.
00:41If they are not with us, then shoot them and kill them.
00:43Hang the soldiers on sticks.
00:45I don't understand how that person gets sleep today.
00:50We are told that there is a price to pay for this.
00:52So this is the price you are paying.
00:54I have also struggled a lot for six years.
00:56Never think against your country.
00:58Always think of it as a crime.
01:02I will take this promise from you today.
01:04You will not go against this country.
01:07Today I will start thinking about how to turn off someone's heater,
01:10how to turn off someone's AC, how to turn off someone's fan.
01:13Who will give you scholarships?
01:15Bani PTI has given permission to the Negotiating Committee to issue demands in writing to the government.
01:20Chairman PTI Barrister Gauhar says that demands will be issued in writing in the next meeting.
01:25The journalist asked, did Aleema Khanam say that Gandapur Bani's house was arrested?
01:30Barrister Gauhar said, I did not receive any message nor did Gandapur.
01:33When the negotiations took place, we were together.
01:36We did not move towards an offer at any time.
01:39Mr. Khan has said that no matter what our demands are, you can issue them in writing.
01:43And this time, Mr. Khan has also made a concession that even if there is no meeting of the committee,
01:48we will do one meeting.
01:50But if it does not happen in the future, then we will see again.
01:52Yesterday, Ms. Aleema said while talking here that she had received a message from Gandapur
01:57that the Bani Gala house should be arrested.
02:00So, what is the truth in this?
02:03Who sent this message?
02:05I have said that I did not receive any message nor did I receive any message from them.
02:10When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:13We did not move towards an offer at any time.
02:17When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:19We did not move towards an offer at any time.
02:21When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:23When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:25When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:27When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:29When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:31When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:33When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:35When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:37When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:39When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:41When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:43When the negotiations took place, we were together.
02:45Senator Shibli Faraz said that if there is no authority, the government should tell us that we have no authority.
02:49If the negotiations are unsuccessful, the government will be responsible.
02:53I do not understand.
02:55Whoever does not want us to meet, we should meet.
02:57Sir, who do you think is responsible for this?
02:59The government is the government.
03:01We understand what the promise of the government was.
03:03The government should meet us.
03:05At this time, who should we meet?
03:07This is the government.
03:09They do not have authority.
03:11They are creating obstacles.
03:13If there is no authority, the government should tell us that we have no authority.
03:15There is no pressure from anywhere for the release of Bani PTI.
03:19These people are conspiring against the country by fighting among themselves.
03:23Alima Khanam's statements are based on propaganda.
03:25Alima Khanam talked about the political benefits of staying in Bani PTI jail.
03:29What can be expected from the leader of the community who is to be kept in jail?
03:33The press conference of the Prime Minister's advisor, Rana Sanaullah,
03:37said that the relations of Ali Ameen Ghandapur are not on both sides, but on all four sides.
03:41If such a misunderstanding has arisen, it is possible that Ali Ameen did it.
03:45It is a matter of the pressure of his release.
03:49The pressure is only of his verbal statements.
03:51There is no pressure other than this.
03:53It is a matter of jokes.
03:55The speaker or Mr. Sadiq had to leave for an emergency.
03:59As soon as he returns, his second meeting will also take place.
04:05The relations of Ali Ameen Ghandapur are not on both sides, but on all four sides.
04:09If such a misunderstanding has arisen, it is possible that Ali Ameen did it.
04:13According to my information, there has been no such misunderstanding from the government.
04:19Alima Khan has spoken.
04:23WhatsApp messages.
04:25Ahsan Khan is a social media operator.
04:27Bani PTI should not be talked about any kind of convenience in jail,
04:33because it will weaken our political statement.
04:37Bani PTI is talking about political benefits related to their stay in jail.
04:41This is a group that is fighting among themselves.
04:47They are conspiring against the country.
04:49Against the institutions.
04:51Against the state.
04:53The government is asking for a deal from Bani PTI,
04:55but if Bani had to make a deal,
04:57they would have fled abroad like Nawaz Sharif.
04:59Zartaj Gul spoke to the media in Islamabad's judicial complex.
05:03Shahbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz, remember that you will not have this chair for a long time.
05:09The government is asking for a deal from Imran Khan.
05:12If Imran Khan had to make a deal,
05:14he would have dropped the platters on the stamp paper worth 150 rupees on the first day
05:17and fled the country like Nawaz Sharif.
05:20This chair is not going to stay that long,
05:22like Shahbaz Sharif, Nawaz Sharif or the illiterate Maryam Nawaz,
05:25the TikTok minister,
05:28that you will sit here for 17 seats to forcefully make Pakistan your enemy.
05:33On a daily basis, soldiers are being martyred.
05:36Why don't the cases of those martyrs go to the military courts?
05:40It is said that the parliament is supreme.
05:42In my opinion, the constitution is supreme.
05:44Justice Jamal Mandooqil's remarks in the civilian trial case in the military courts.
05:48Justice Musarrat Hilali said that the civilian's trial in the military courts was for criminals like Saniha APS.
05:53Can the same be done with all civilians?
05:56The country's constitution is not for the dead.
05:58The court was adjourned for tomorrow.
06:00In the military courts, the inter-court appeal was adjourned against the decision of the civilian's trial.
06:04Justice Jamal Mandooqil of the Dukhni Ayni Bench gave remarks.
06:07The 9th May activists do not belong to the armed forces.
06:11They were not even ex-servicemen.
06:13The question is, to what extent can the civilian's trial be in the military courts?
06:17If someone can only think, will a case be held against him in the military courts?
06:21If the parliament wants, it can make a law tomorrow,
06:23that it is a crime to see with the eyes of a hawk.
06:25Where will the civilian's trial be held?
06:27It is also the parliamentary responsibility to establish that court.
06:29It is said that the parliament is supreme.
06:31In my opinion, the constitution is supreme.
06:33Justice Musarrat Hilali said,
06:35Pakistan's constitution is not for the dead.
06:37The civilian's trial in the military courts was for criminals like Saniha APS.
06:41Can the same be done with all civilians?
06:44As was done in Saniha APS.
06:46Justice Naeem Afwan said,
06:48The 5th Dukhni Bench did a few drafts of the Army Act.
06:51If the government is forced to withdraw,
06:53then the civilian's military trial cannot take place.
06:55If we reach a conclusion,
06:57then we will have to decide which civilian's military trial can take place.
07:01The accused is in solitary confinement.
07:03He is not being taken out of the cell.
07:05Parents, siblings and wife were met,
07:07but they are not allowed to meet the lawyer.
07:10At the end of the hearing of the civilian's trial case in the military courts,
07:14Hafizullah Niazi came to the rose room.
07:17Additional Advocate General said,
07:19Criminals are being given equal rights.
07:21The family members were met twice in 10 days.
07:24Food is also being provided from home.
07:26Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said to Hafizullah Niazi,
07:29You yourself admit that you are meeting,
07:32food is being provided from home.
07:34What else do you want?
07:35Why did you exaggerate the things?
07:37Justice Jamal Mandookheil said,
07:39Terrorists and murderers are allowed to roam freely in jails.
07:43Which big crime did these accused commit?
07:46He himself was in jail for 14 days.
07:48He was released after the morning prayer.
07:50Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said to Justice Jamal,
07:53Only for you, they will give special permission.
07:56Supreme Court from Additional Advocate General,
07:58Jail manual of prisoners,
07:59to keep the accused in solitary confinement,
08:01and not to meet the lawyer,
08:03the Supreme Court has given the answer.
08:14For the betterment of the society,
08:15the government is ready to sit with everyone.
08:17Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said,
08:19We are still connected to the IMF program.
08:22When the time comes,
08:23we will say goodbye to the IMF forever.
08:25Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi,
08:27also said in a speech,
08:28The economy needs capital to move forward.
08:38Let's take Mr. Daraz.
08:39Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is giving a speech.
08:41Peace be upon you.
08:43Mr. Hissab Dar, Deputy Prime Minister,
08:48Mr. Kamran Tesori, Governor of Sindh,
08:53Mr. Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh,
08:58Mr. Aurangzeb, Minister of Treasury,
09:03Mr. Ataullah Tarar, Minister of Information,
09:07Mr. Kaisar Ahmed Sheikh, Maritime Affairs Minister,
09:12Mr. Ali Parvez Malik, Minister of State,
09:17Dr. Mukhtar Bharat,
09:20Ms. Ayesha Raza Farooq,
09:25Mr. Junaid Jaleel Khan, Member, Customs Operations,
09:32Mr. Imran Khan Mohammad, DG, Customs, RMS,
09:38Mr. Jameel Nasir Khan, Chief Collector, Customs, Karachi,
09:45Ladies and Gentlemen, Peace be upon you.
09:50On behalf of myself and my government,
09:57I would like to thank all the Customs Officers present here,
10:04the Minister of Treasury,
10:06Mohammad Aurangzeb,
10:08M.O.S., Revenue, Finance,
10:14Mr. Ali Parvez Malik,
10:17Mr. Rashid Nangriyal,
10:20all the FBR officials,
10:26and all the Customs Officers present at the Karachi Port,
10:37I would like to congratulate all the Customs Officers present here.
10:53After 77 years,
11:00you have achieved the success
11:06that this nation has been waiting for for a long time,
11:14and which was a necessary thing for the economic development and prosperity of this country.
11:25And I think that the faceless interaction that we have seen today
11:34between importers and Customs Officers,
11:41and all the inspectors at the Karachi Port,
11:48and the faceless interaction that we have seen today,
11:55we have asked a few questions to the Customs Officers,
12:02and they have given very clear and appropriate answers.
12:12The address of the consignee is given here.
12:19The rest, who is the appraisal officer,
12:24what is the number of the consignment,
12:27there is no information about that, which is very good.
12:32But the name of the importer is given.
12:37His name is given, his address is given.
12:40So when I asked this question,
12:43they gave a very good and appropriate answer.
12:47First of all, if there is one consignment,
12:51the GD is disposed of in 10 minutes.
12:58Which is very good.
13:00But if there are more than one items,
13:03then it takes 15 to 20 minutes.
13:06So I asked, in these 15 to 20 minutes,
13:09if the officer wants to go out,
13:14then there is no room for him to go out.
13:17There is tea, coffee, food, and prayer arrangements.
13:23And the restrooms are there.
13:27Which is very good.
13:30But I am sitting here, and I will also speak to the treasurer,
13:37and also to the M.S.
13:40Mr. Rashid Angryal must be listening,
13:43that this window should also be completed.
13:51I mean, there should be no,
13:55even a very remote or faint indication of the importer.
14:05Whether his name or his address.
14:08If it is there, then there will be a threat,
14:11there will be a possibility,
14:13that can be exploited,
14:17and you will have a window from that.
14:20It is your great success to completely close this window.
14:26When you are showing,
14:28that the officer who has to be appraised,
14:30his name is not there.
14:32When you are showing,
14:34that all the details of the consignment have been crossed,
14:39then I can't see the reason,
14:42or the logic of the address of the consignee,
14:46on that computer.
14:50I think it can be avoided.
14:52So this will be a challenge,
14:54but I will request,
14:56that it should be completely closed.
15:00It is a very pleasant thing,
15:04that only three weeks have passed for this experiment.
15:09It is a very nascent experiment.
15:17And in three weeks,
15:19the time, disposal of a GD,
15:23Bill of Entry, whatever you call it,
15:26has come down from 107 hours to 19 hours.
15:34This is a remarkable achievement in a matter of three weeks.
15:39In the same way,
15:41the feel-good factor of the importers,
15:4888% of the importers are very comfortable.
15:56Apart from this, I think,
15:58the system of the past,
16:02the decades,
16:04which have looted the resources of Pakistan,
16:08through collusion,
16:10that is a thing of the past.
16:13There is no point in crying over it.
16:16Today, I can say that,
16:18Alhamdulillah,
16:20like a great public servant,
16:24and according to the voice of your conscience,
16:28the program that you have launched,
16:32for the past nine months,
16:34when this government was formed from day one,
16:37I focused on the reforms of the FBI.
16:40So today, Alhamdulillah,
16:42the results are slowly coming out.
16:46The marginal recovery that you will do,
16:51the additional recovery that you will do,
16:53so to incentivize this wonderful policy framework,
16:59they will make a formula,
17:02because we,
17:04in this financial year,
17:07the commitment that we have made to the IMF,
17:11in monetary terms,
17:14compared to last year,
17:16our receipts are much higher,
17:19but the ambitious target that we had set,
17:23and for more than one reason,
17:25this target is not wrong,
17:27it is not that IMF has given this dictation, no.
17:32If this is true,
17:34that our assets,
17:37our potential,
17:39the tax slabs in the field,
17:43whether it is customs,
17:45whether it is sales tax,
17:47whether it is inland revenue taxes,
17:50whatever it is,
17:51whether it is excise duty, whatever it is,
17:53under this tax regime,
17:54the capital in Pakistan,
17:56cannot come at a very fast rate.
18:01We will have to reduce these tax slabs.
18:03Inshallah, the time will come very soon,
18:06that we will have tax slabs across the board,
18:09that will reduce the incentive for theft,
18:12that will encourage the capitalists,
18:16they will bring their capital from outside,
18:18Pakistan will come, and so on and so forth.
18:20I am saying that,
18:22the commitment that we have right now,
18:25and the need that we have,
18:27that there is a gap of 400 billion,
18:29between our target,
18:33and what we have received so far.
18:35Although, the tax to GDP ratio,
18:39that we have committed with the IMF,
18:42was 10.6% for the entire financial year.
18:47Alhamdulillah, we have already achieved that,
18:50which is 10.8%.
18:52By the grace of Allah,
18:54this is the result of your hard work.
18:58But if we do not recover these 400 billion,
19:02and I met with my team yesterday,
19:05and I have given them this target.
19:07I said, I have to get this money,
19:11receipts collected.
19:13If this 400 billion,
19:154000 billion,
19:17through collusion,
19:20this money is being consumed by the nation,
19:23at ports,
19:25in excise duty,
19:27in sales tax,
19:29and so on and so forth.
19:30I don't want to give you any excuses,
19:32but we are working in a very focused manner.
19:35So, this money,
19:37which is already being looted and plundered,
19:40if we get 400 billion out of that,
19:44it's not a big deal.
19:46I have given this target to Mr. Farhan,
19:48to MS,
19:49to Rashid Langdayal,
19:51and to his entire team.
19:54And if you recover this target,
19:58Inshallah, I will bring an incentive.
20:01So, I think,
20:02today Pakistan has reached that point,
20:05with your hard work,
20:07macroeconomy,
20:09its indicators,
20:11have become stable.
20:13Your policy rate of banks has increased from 22% to 13%.
20:19Your inflation has increased from 38% to 4.1%.
20:24Your exports have increased.
20:27Your textile exports have increased by 11%.
20:31Your remittances have increased by 24%.
20:37Your IT exports have increased by 34% year-to-year.
20:42So, now,
20:44the challenge is
20:46the growth of the economy,
20:49in which there is production,
20:50in which there is employment,
20:52in which there is the growth of your exports,
20:55in which there is the growth of the industry,
20:57in which you have to promote commerce.
20:59So, now, this is the challenge.
21:01For this, day and night,
21:02you saw that the event of the home-grown program,
21:06last week,
21:08which is always, I say, titled
21:10Udaan Pakistan.
21:12So, the Udaan you have to fill,
21:15with your hard work,
21:17as government servants,
21:20government officers,
21:21and private sector,
21:23businessmen,
21:24traders,
21:25capitalists,
21:26farmers,
21:28industrialists,
21:30exporters,
21:31bankers,
21:32commerce,
21:33tradesmen,
21:34all of these together,
21:35you have to strengthen the economy of Pakistan.
21:39For this,
21:40we are completely united.
21:42We have to bring down the prices of electricity.
21:45Now, see,
21:46where we are achieving this,
21:48in electricity,
21:49our circular debt,
21:51Rs 2,500 billion,
21:53and there is electricity theft,
21:55there are transmission line losses,
21:58we have given an offer to Shah Sahib,
22:00in this way,
22:01to the Government of Punjab,
22:02to the Chief Minister of Punjab,
22:04to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan,
22:06that they should take these discos.
22:09We are ready to provincialize them.
22:12I think,
22:13in every aspect,
22:14it is not only the responsibility of the provinces,
22:18but we are ready for it.
22:20Inshallah,
22:21Inshallah,
22:22Inshallah,
