00:13Ladies and gentlemen, our first session, joint business session between MEA and Odisha.

00:20This session is a unique confluence of diplomacy, governance and entrepreneurial spirit, celebrating

00:26the strong bond between India and its vibrant diaspora.

00:31We also extend a warm welcome to the esteemed members of Indian diaspora, all the delegates

00:36present over here, all the industry leaders whose contributions in the field of business

00:40and innovation continue to inspire and strengthen the global footprint of Odisha and India.

00:47To commence this session, may I invite our Chief Secretary of Odisha, Shri Manoj Ahuja,

00:53who has been instrumental in driving Odisha's socio-economic progress with his visionary

00:59leadership and administrative acumen.

01:01His efforts have steered Odisha towards inclusive growth and sustainable development.

01:58I also thank you for being here today, being here with us and being part of what we call

02:05India's growth story.

02:07The Honorable Prime Minister has set a vision, Vixit Bharat 2047, essentially aiming to transform

02:14the country, accelerating our rate of growth and we in Odisha hope to play a very big role

02:20in that journey.

02:21As our Honorable Chief Minister says that in that train of progress, Odisha would be

02:26the first bogey or would be a significant contributor in India's journey to achieve

02:31the goals we have set for Vixit Bharat 2047.

02:35Why are we so optimistic?

02:38Why do we feel that these two decades would be India's decades and the decades of the

02:42states within India?
