00:05The 34-year-old Dhawan played 3 one-day and 1 T20 international matches for India in 2016.

00:16Rishi Dhawan shared a post on social media about his retirement.

00:20He has only announced his renunciation of limited over cricket,

00:23which means that he will continue to play first-class cricket until the remaining matches of the Ranji Trophy season.

00:29Dhawan scored 186 wickets and 2906 runs in 134 List A matches.

00:35Apart from this, he scored 118 wickets and 1740 runs in 135 T20 matches.

00:41It is worth noting that in Dhawan's captaincy, Himachal won the Vijay Hazare Trophy for the first time in 2021-22.

00:48He has been a part of Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians in IPL.

00:51He played 39 matches in IPL, in which he scored 210 runs and took 25 wickets in counting.

00:57However, he did not get any purchase at the base price of 30 lakhs in the IPL 2025 mega auction,
