00:23aimed at fighting unemployment.
00:25Equipped with a budget of 14 billion dirhams, this plan focuses on the professional inclusion
00:32of young people without a diploma and plans a company support program via ANAPEC to facilitate
00:39the recruitment of this category of workers.
00:42In total, this program aims to increase the number of beneficiaries to 100,000 in 2025,
00:47against 20,000 currently witnessing its effectiveness in terms of professional integration.
00:53The ministry also mentioned an increase of 5% of the minimum legal salary from January 1, 2025.
01:02At the heart of national economic news, also the National Highway Society of Morocco
01:08set a turnover of 4.4 billion dirhams in 2025 thanks to a forecasted increase in traffic
01:16of the order of 5.5%.
01:18In order to preserve the national highway heritage, the road maintenance program will
01:24mobilize a budgetary envelope of more than 600 million dirhams, according to the data
01:30published at the end of the last board of administration of the establishment.
01:34During this meeting, the council approved the investment budget for the next exercise,
01:39estimated at 4.1 billion dirhams, which will mainly go to projects located in the region
01:45of the Great Casablanca.
01:47Still in connection with Morocco, the latest report from the World Bank evokes intriguing trends
01:53regarding money transfers in the world.
01:55In 2024, money transfers to low- and middle-income countries will reach 685 billion dollars.
02:03Among these 20 countries are Africa, including Morocco.
02:07In the long term, estimates show that the Moroccan community living abroad will transfer
02:11a total of 12 billion dollars, placing Morocco third in Africa and 14th in the world.
02:18According to the same report, these transfers play a central role in supporting the national economy.
02:24They significantly contribute to local consumption and strengthen investments
02:29in development projects.
02:31Morocco, alongside Egypt and Nigeria, stands out as one of the main African destinations,
02:37benefiting from important financial flows of its diasporas established in Europe and North America.
02:44According to estimates by the World Bank, global transfers to low- and middle-income countries
02:49will exceed for the first time this year direct foreign investment and public aid
02:55to combined development.
02:58In international economic news, inflation has increased again in December in Spain
03:03to reach 2.8% over a year, or 0.4 points more in a month,
03:08due in particular to the increase in fuel prices.
03:12According to a provisional estimate published by the National Institute of Statistics,
03:16the rate in November was already higher than 0.6% compared to the previous month,
03:23which will therefore result in an increase of 1 point since October,
03:26where inflation was 1.8% per annum if these provisional data are confirmed.
03:33With this third monthly increase in a row after four months of decline,
03:38having seen the price index at consumption fall by 1.5% in September,
03:43inflation in Spain is therefore clearly above the 2% target set by the European Central Bank.
03:50This rise in inflation then intervenes with the growth of the economy reaching 0.8%
03:56in the third quarter of the year,
03:58driven by a consumption of dynamic households and by the increase in exports.
04:03Direction now the United Arab Emirates, where the real GDP, the constant price,
04:08rose to 879.6 billion dirhams,
04:12or 239.6 billion dollars in the first half of this year,
04:17recording a remarkable growth of 3.6%.
04:20According to the Ministry of Economy,
04:22the value of non-oil GDP during the same period rose to about 179.8 billion dollars,
04:30or a growth of 4.4% compared to the same period of the previous year,
04:36bringing the contribution of non-oil sectors to the country's GDP to 75%.
04:42It should be noted that commercial activities are at the head of the activities
04:45that contribute the most to the country's non-oil GDP,
04:48with a share of 16.5% followed by manufacturing activities with 15%,
04:55while financial and insurance activities occupy third place with 12.5%.
05:01This is the end of our edition today, good follow-up programs on our antenna.
