F24_PROG1322_03.5_Step 5A - Organize the Database Init and add more Sample Data

After improving our approach to the database initializer we add lots and lots of sample data. Chance to have some fun with random values but note how use use arrays of Primary Keys to guarantee we are choosing valid values for Foreign Keys.
