00:10A tricycle driver was caught as if he was caught in a truck in Pangasinan.

00:18Connie, the tricycle driver stole two batteries and used a parked truck in the streets of Pangasinan.

00:32The tricycle stopped near the back of a truck in the streets of Pangasinan.

00:37The driver walked near the truck.

00:39Until a while later, he brought his tricycle near the truck.

00:42The CCTV camera did not capture it, but the driver rushed to the tricycle and left.

00:47In another footage, a box was found on the back of the tricycle.

00:51It was one of the two batteries of the truck that was stolen by an unknown driver.

00:56He also took a few things from the truck.

00:58The stolen items amounted to Php 100,000.

01:07A 75-year-old Japanese man was killed when the truck hit the road in Mapandan, Pangasinan.

01:11Based on the investigation, the man was sitting in the middle of the road because he was drunk.
